VLS TDM (Analog / Digital / ISDN)
Traditional telephony environments are supported in full features. This means all voice and data information are captured, stored and indexed in the logger’s database. These recorded call data will greatly reduce search time and highly optimize your daily operation.
Organizations using Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telecommunications may engage in quality monitoring and recording with all the same features and benefits offered by VLS in TDM traditional telephony environments.
VLS Call Quality Control
This software client enables search and playback of recordings which is in online storage or removable media. Multiple loggers can be centrally managed.

VLS Live Monitoring
This function enables supervisors and authorized users to monitor calls in progress for quality assurance, evaluation or training use. It can be performed using client software or web access.
This module records agent’s screen activity and transmit to the logging server, providing a synchronized voice and screen playback, and also exported movie files for later reference and review. Using the latest technology its data stream is minimized to impose no burden on customer network.
